About this opportunity

We are looking for a Manager with experience in Projects based in Stockholm to lead our Projects and Transformation office in driving and implementing change initiatives under the direct sponsorship of the Nordic CIB COO.

Main scope of the role:

To allow BNP Paribas to reach its strategic objectives for 2030 a number of enablers have been identified among which Industrialisation and Digital. Under the sponsorship of the Nordic CIB COO, you will lead a project manager team in driving and implementing key initiatives that will change and improve the bank.

What you will do

• You will monitor and prioritise the projects portfolio, organise governance, work and assess implementation options with the local and central teams (Business, Operations or Control Functions), and drive decision making process.
• Your projects might include for example adding a new business to the Nordic platform, delivery or regulatory & compliance projects, implementing digital tools from collection of user needs through procurement phase to anchoring in processes, or drive Nordics Together, the Group entities’ cooperation and mutualisation forum.
• Working closely with the Nordic CIB COO, you will facilitate and coordinate selected operational processes and participate in the day-to-day management of the platform with preparation of important meetings, reports or communications.

Relevant experience and requirements

• You are a positive and energetic personality with previous

experience

• (5-8y) in Consulting and Change Management. Background in Financial Industry and/or implementation of Digital solutions would be a plus. You are fluent in English (both written and oral) and a Nordic language would be a plus.
• You can demonstrate strong project management skills from design to implementation, with successful and recognised achievements as well as ability to handle a variety of topics.
• You have successful management experience to lead a team and coach team members to grow their hard and soft skills.
• You are self-starter, organised, diligent, persistent, have team-spirit, inspirational drive and strong ethics culture. You show ability to manoeuvre in large international organisations.
• You are eager to learn, to change the bank on the ground and be part of the success story of BNP Paribas in the Nordics.
