How will you do it?

  • Analyze specifications and evaluate manufacturing processes to establish feasibility and manufacturability.
  • Develop methods, tooling, and production controls for new products while supervising their assembly and proofing.
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at scrap reduction and optimizing production uptime.
  • Work closely with design and production teams to implement design for manufacturability (DFM) strategies.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Engage in root cause analysis and problem-solving to address manufacturing issues promptly.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6 years suggested minimum experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
