How will you do it?
- Analyze specifications and evaluate manufacturing processes to establish feasibility and manufacturability.
- Develop methods, tooling, and production controls for new products while supervising their assembly and proofing.
- Monitor and drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at scrap reduction and optimizing production uptime.
- Work closely with design and production teams to implement design for manufacturability (DFM) strategies.
- Participate in project planning and execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Engage in root cause analysis and problem-solving to address manufacturing issues promptly.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 years suggested minimum experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in manufacturing methods and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
