What you'll do:
As an Assistant Vice President, Performance and Rewards (6 Months Fixed Term Contract), you will be instrumental in supporting key HR functions that underpin organisational success. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of annual review cycles while managing critical elements of compensation administration. You will also contribute significantly to employee wellness initiatives, providing thoughtful support that enhances workplace satisfaction.
