The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support continuous improvement projects within our workforce operations. This role will coordinate and execute initiatives to optimize workforce productivity, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence across sorting centers and hubs.

Job Description:

  • Drive and manage improvement projects related to workforce efficiency and productivity.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, identify process gaps, and propose solutions.
  • Track progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure impact and document learnings.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Min 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Trello), and basic data analysis.
