The Office of Admissions Operations provides operational, processing, and custom systems support for undergraduate recruitment and admissions activities on the Indiana University Bloomington campus.

Must be able to maintain a complex operational schedule and have some flexibility in work schedule. Position requires a high degree of tolerance for stress and extended time at a computer during high volume work periods.

This is a fully remote part-time position that will start in August 2025 with the Admissions Operations processing and systems team. Each week in August we begin onboarding a group of Admissions Credentials Representatives. Therefore, the starting date is flexible within this timeframe.
Applicants must reside inside the state of Indiana and preferred consideration will be given to applicants living within a 50-mile radius of any of the 9 IU campuses.
Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for extended weekday and weekend availability during peak processing periods.
This is a fully remote position. However, this is subject to change in the future based on university policy and business needs.
The advertised pay rate is $15.00 per hour.
