As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for the customer-oriented technical support of the Hach equipment portfolio within your region (commissioning, inspections, maintenance and repairs). You make the difference for our customers. Your personal contact is essential for a high level of customer satisfaction and close customer loyalty. This position is a fully remote/field-based opening. You need to live in the area of Örebro.

In this role, a typical day will look like this:

• You will travel daily (in your company car) to our customers within the region "Mid1", visiting on average between 1-3 customers per day. Your working day will usually start and end at your home. If a safe journey home within working hours is not possible or does not make sense, you will stay overnight in a hotel (on average 1-2 weeks).
• You will be responsible for the entire Hach product portfolio for water and wastewater measurement, from commissioning and customer briefing to maintenance and repairs. You will provide product enhancement support as well as installation support for test setups or customer orders.
• You will work closely with sales and make recommendations to extend our service contracts and replacements.

The essential requirements of the position include:

• Training as an industrial electronics technician / state-certified electrical engineer, specialist for defined activities or as a supply and disposal specialist in the field of waste water
• Willingness to travel on business with overnight stays (depending on your place of residence, you should expect 1-2 overnight stays per week)
• Class B driving licence

Som fältserviceingenjör kommer du att ansvara för den kundorienterade tekniska supporten av Hachs utrustningsportfölj inom din region (idrifttagning, inspektioner, underhåll och reparationer). Du gör skillnad för våra kunder. Din personliga kontakt är avgörande för en hög kundnöjdhet och nära kundlojalitet. Du behöver bo i trakten av Örebro

I den här rollen kommer en vanlig dag att se ut så här:

• Du kommer att resa dagligen (i din tjänstebil) till våra kunder inom regionen "Mitt1" och besöker i genomsnitt mellan 1-3 kunder per dag. Din arbetsdag kommer vanligtvis att börja och sluta hemma hos dig. Om en säker hemresa inom arbetstid inte är möjlig eller inte är meningsfull övernattar du på hotell (i genomsnitt 1-2 nätter per vecka).
• Du kommer att ansvara för hela Hachs produktportfölj för vatten- och avloppsmätning, från driftsättning och kundbriefing till underhåll och reparationer. Du kommer att tillhandahålla produktförbättringssupport samt installationsstöd för testinställningar eller kundorder.
• Du kommer att arbeta nära försäljningen och ge rekommendationer för att förlänga våra serviceavtal och ersättare.

De väsentliga kraven för tjänsten inkluderar:

• Utbildning som industrielektriker, processpecialist inom avloppsvattenområdet eller liknande
• Vilja att resa i tjänsten med övernattningar (beroende på din bostadsort bör du räkna med 1-2 övernattningar per vecka)
• Körkort klass B
