The HR Core Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be part of a team that delivers critical process and data management tasks for Employees and Managers. This position will create efficiencies in its own area and contribute to maintaining positive user experience across all our businesses and geographical regions.

Partner with the best

The HR Core SME will utilize a broad set of technical skills to engineer, automate and migrate Transportation business applications to the Cloud. The role would also be responsible for application and platform incident support, training and infrastructure and maintenance.

As HR Core Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating and resolving user issues within agreed SLAs
  • Finding root causes and proposing long term solutions
  • Working together with Lead SMEs on issue resolution and projects
  • Owning your process/functional area and geographical region, bringing in expert knowledge of processes and data
  • Participating in internal projects (yearly events and new implementation projects)
  • Creating efficiencies in case resolution by analysing issues, understanding patterns and proposing / channelling solutions
  • Maintaining relationship with regional service centers and product owner teams

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information
  • Technology
  • Several years of in depth functional and technical expertise of Workday/SAP.
  • Be fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
