Summary:
In this role, the Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Intern will be responsible for driving forward projects in support of critical L&OD priorities. The intent is to have a primary project that they can deliver on and based on capacity we will give them exposure to several other projects in order to give them a rounding of experiences and cross-departmental exposure. The intern will report to the VP, L&OD, but may have direct supervision by appropriate personnel specific to the project assigned. They should plan on working at least 15
hours a week, but could go up to 40 if desired. The internship is anticipated to end in August; based on availability this internship could begin right away or be a summer internship.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
