The Experience Designer role is responsible for ensuring functionality and customizations for dynamic templates from approved layouts. This role uses broad technical mastery and critical thinking to ensure clear and accurate customizations to branded materials.

To be successful in this role, you are a creative collaborator with advanced skills in setting up conditional statement sequencing, and a critical eye for detail. This position requires strong, proactive communication and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review collection of campaign messaging and compile, plan rule sets to filter to only appropriate plans for each document.
  • Review collection of documents and compile sentences that will need to be coded to Plan/benefit database.
  • Review sentence inventory and code all versions of each sentence in spreadsheet
  • Upload all spreadsheets to platform and troubleshoot errors
  • Collaborate with PM of Audit to address audit issues with coded sentences
  • Understand database extract document and write location logic using that extract document for supplemental documents.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced technical skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Experience in setting up conditional statement sequencing.
  • Proficiency with html coding, CSS, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Effective time management and task completion to meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with working in Agile methodologies with sometimes daily reprioritization.

Preferred Qualifications

User experience and ability to contribute to content development.

Experience in metadata and tagging.

Experience developing assets for templating platforms such as Ansira, Sproutloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud PlatformsEEO Employer
