Job Description:

Cydecor is seeking an ERP Business Integration and Analytics SME to support our Navy customer in Patuxent River, Maryland.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide a detailed analysis of current operations, business process, organizational processes, procedures and staff components to develop phased revisions for operational and staff components and operational procedures.
• Employ business process models, activity flows, and data models.
• Function as leader or facilitator for the process experts when identifying existing or proposed solutions for business processes and organizational procedures.
• Proficient using process mapping tools and can direct junior staff accordingly.
• Experience leading the implementation of mission alignment concepts, change management, and transformation activities.

Here's what you need:

• An active/interim Secret security clearance
• MS/MA degree in Business Administration or other relevant technical discipline; technical training in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience or demonstrated specialized expertise may be substituted for a Master’s
• At least fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
• Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in a "Relevant Technical Discipline".
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.

Security Clearance:

Active or interim Secret clearance required.

Work Schedule:

M-F, Onsite

Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $190,000 - $235,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
