Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst provides development and technical support for Accounting, Payroll, HR, Recruiting, and Financial Planning systems.

Job duties

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect list of ideas and potential projects to improve current systems, develop subject matter expertise on system capabilities, upgrades, and new releases
• Analyze, configure, and release new features and enhancements
• Think creatively to design and create new ways to use system features
• Administer system security and user roles and assignments
• Provide end user support, including troubleshooting, report maintenance and development of reports and self-service reporting solutions
• Analyze reporting needs, create specifications, and assist in the maintenance and development of reports and self-service reporting solutions
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and queries as needed
• Identify opportunities and implement changes to streamline reporting
• Develop and document administrative and maintenance processes and procedures
• Evaluate, test, trouble shoot, and deploy system updates, patches, and upgrades

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems related field
• At least one (1) year of information systems related field of employment
