JOB TITLE: Business Transaction Banking Manager – BCB Chief Controls Office
LOCATION: Edinburgh / Birmingham / Bristol / Glasgow / Leeds / Manchester
SALARY: £65,000 - £79,000
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

Join our E2E Business Transaction Banking (BTB) team within the Business and Commercial Banking Chief Controls Office (BCB CCO) for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
BCB supports the financial needs of small and medium-sized businesses, playing a vital role in helping Britain prosper. Through forward-thinking initiatives and strategic investments, we’re expanding our services to better support both new and existing clients—becoming the best bank for business.
We’re seeking a motivated and insightful manager to deliver high-quality analysis and evaluation of our control environment, aligned with the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
