- Set up machines to begin production cycles, including calibration and cleaning
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure)
- Feed raw materials or components into semi-automated or automated machines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent output and quality
- Inspect finished products using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Record production data, including output, defects, and downtime
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
???? Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
- Familiarity with high-speed machinery and measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items

- Forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment
- Knowledge of production procedures and quality control standards
- Basic computer skills for logging production data
