Our Product Data and Compliance division is looking for a year-round intern with great attention to detail to assist the Business Technology Team in providing analysis and support for our Product Compliance group. The intern will focus on uploading state filings, completing audits on our teams’ systems and resources, and assisting in research projects. This internship is a hybrid position, the applicant must be able to work 2 days a week in our downtown Cincinnati, OH office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties within a SharePoint site, i.e. uploading, deleting, and archiving documents, updating contact information, etc.
  • Work with different resources that our company uses to create/update quick cards to help users.
  • Learn all the tools used within our department to assist co-workers.
  • Assist in research projects as assigned.
  • Upload files into FileNet.
  • Complete audit and reviews of different resources.
  • Complete compliance filing projects as needed.
  • Attend training sessions.
  • Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as needed compliance tasks.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Requirements include current enrollment in an accredited college or university with a preferred major in such areas as business administration, finance, economics, statistics, communications, marketing or risk management and insurance with an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to work 20 hours a week during business hours. Opportunity for additional hours during breaks and the summer.
  • This is a hybrid position, the applicant must be able to work in office 2 days a week in our downtown Cincinnati, OH location.
  • We prefer to have an intern who can commit to this position for at least one year.
