We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

We are looking for a self-starting, team-oriented, and passionate product marketer to lead GTM strategy, activation and execution. You will be the voice of sales and translate the needs of these businesses across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. You will own a wide variety of initiatives that support pipe generation and help drive deals to close. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive PMM participation in sales programs, sales plays and other pipeline generation activation
  • Develop, package, and deliver relevant sales training material, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings
  • Define and build repeatable Sales Plays and high-quality content, while aligning to support priority marketing initiatives.
  • Create, recruit, and produce content for Salesforce events such as Connections, Dreamforce, webinars, and 3rd party events

Required Skills:

  • 5-8 years of Product Marketing, Sales or Go-To-Market background
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
  • Develop compelling customer-facing presentations
  • Collaborate with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
  • Must be able to come into the office 3 x's a week

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
  • Ability to inspire optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!
  • Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
