Your role
The Capital Markets Trading Operations Analyst is responsible for training on a trade support product desk and assuming responsibility for a variety of processes within the department.
The candidate will complete the daily functions of a Trade Support analyst on the Taxable Fixed Income, Municipal, FX & Futures, and RIS product desks: o Evaluate risk management procedures with a focus on continuous improvement o Procedure documentation
Perform mandatory daily functions of: o P/L calculation o Position reconciliation o Trade corrections o Customer service o Fail control o Risk management o Trade comparison o Trader/Sales support o Cross train on a variety of other products
Your team
The Capital Markets Trading Operations team supports all middle office functions related to a broad array of transaction products, with focus on financial and regulatory control as well as supporting Wealth Management branches and clients. Team members also act as primary points of contact for the Capital Market Sales teams in regards to operational questions coming from the field. Analysts will be expected to be adept at handling inquiries involving multiple types of financial transactions and must be comfortable with interacting with a number of different internal business partners.

Candidates must be able to: • Recognize and effectively manage risk • Precisely execute detail oriented tasks • Prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Develop a deep understanding of trading processes and the systems used to execute them
