Transform data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence as a Global Digital Operations Excellence Lead at Ingredion. Use your Power BI expertise to mentor a global team, enhance reporting standards, and foster data-driven decision-making.

As a Global Digital Operations Excellence Lead, you will serve as a data and analytics expert, offering valuable insights and actionable recommendations to enhance operational excellence. You develop tools and expertise in Power BI and other analysis tools to support and train analysts within the Global Operations Analytics Team. Additionally, you´ll influence and mentor analysts to adhere to best practices for delivering clear and effective communication in their analyses.

What you will do:

Establish and enhance global standards for Power BI report development to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.

Provide guidance and support to the Global Operations Analytics Team on design and standards for Power BI reports, incorporating industry best practices and feedback.

Collaborate with global operations teams to understand their reporting needs and develop effective Power BI solutions.

Continuously improve reporting processes by identifying opportunities, staying updated with Power BI developments, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.

Provide training and mentorship to users, focusing on the Global Operations Analytics Team, to promote effective use of Power BI and foster data-driven decision-making.

Conduct workshops, one-on-one coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep analysts updated on data analytics trends and techniques.

Develop standards for Power BI documentation and promote the Digital Excellence team through communication tools and promotional materials.

Review new reports to ensure adherence to standards and provide feedback on visual communication, influencing analysts to effectively convey data-driven insights.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in an Operations, Supply Chain, or analytics-related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Power BI solutions in a global context.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and operations within the food ingredients industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies to support the achievement of business objectives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Pay Range:

$98,800.00-$131,733.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
