Slalom Phoenix is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Consultant-level Program Manager to lead the end-to-end migration of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale ERP implementations or migrations and excellent stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP migration program ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and manage the overall program plan, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including IT, finance, HR, supply chain, and external vendors/consultants.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring program transparency.
  • Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, user training, and change management activities.
  • Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and interdependencies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data privacy requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-migration assessments.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in program management, leveraging lessons learned.

What You’ll Bring

  • 12-15+ years of experience in program or project management, with demonstrated experience of managing large-scale ERP migrations or implementations. (Required)
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, and operations.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management, vendor management, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools, middleware, and integration strategies.
  • The candidate should be based in Phoenix and willing to travel to client site up to 4 days/week

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $115,000 to $135,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
