Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Learning and Development (L&D) professional with experience in developing and delivering campus, early career, and professional development curriculum, as well as supporting learning and development needs in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This role reports into the APAC L&D Lead with close ties to the local HR team. The successful candidate will partner with a broad range of colleagues globally, including HR generalists, L&D team members, program managers, business, and technical experts, as well as employees, to build and deliver initiatives that will help enhance our performance and support the development of our talent.

In this role, you will:
- Manage learning programs for campus hires – both intern and graduate – including partnering with campus recruiting and the business on the needs of programs, identifying modules and topics to include, and overseeing the execution of the programs.
- Facilitate instructor-led workshops and learning events on various topics, such as professional skills, team building, onboarding, graduate, and intern programming.
- Build eLearning and on-demand content to support a variety of learners with self-paced learning.
- Develop and deliver self-development / professional development content and curriculum to support ongoing development.
- Support the implementation and ongoing administration of a Learning Management System in the APAC region.
- Partner with subject matter experts to deliver internal and external speaker series, design learning experiences and identify digital resources for professional development (technical, business, and behavioral).
- Supports performance management training initiatives for employees.
- Partner closely with global L&D team to implement global projects that support local needs and to ensure alignment of direction.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Learning and Development role, with at least 3 years delivering and facilitating training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong meeting and training facilitation skills.
- Experience facilitating virtual learning sessions.
- eLearning training and digital resources design and development experience.
- Collaboration and partnering skills including strong listening and questioning skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making capability.
- Excellent project management skills.
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the firm.
- Self-driven and motivated individual comfortable to take initiative and execute high quality work product.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
