This role provides you with the opportunity to join a SaaS/cloud-first, innovative, fast-paced technology team within Asset Management Technology, responsible for Business and System analysis of applications supporting the Hight income and Alternatives technology team. Your focus will be to continuously develop enhance and maintain Sales and Relationship Management functionalities in our CRM Salesforce platform, redefining the sales, servicing & client experience.
The Team
The High Income and Alternatives Technology team manages and develops technology platform that supports our high yield investment team with over $100B of client assets in US high yield debt, emerging market debt and a growing list of high yield alternative credit products. We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Salesforce Engineering Director / Team Lead to lead our Salesforce development team. This role is responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with deep Salesforce expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be part of a tremendously hardworking and diverse team operating with an agile mentality, culture, and principles to deliver innovative solutions.
