Job Description
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving a highly resilient engineering environment. You’ll be responsible for the full spectrum of building maintenance tasks from daily plant checks and resolving faults, to responding to PPM schedules and FM360-generated calls. You’ll issue work permits (e.g. Hot Works, Circuit Isolation, H&S) and bring in external contractors when necessary to support both planned and reactive maintenance.
You'll also take the lead on sourcing and ordering replacement parts and materials for the building’s plant systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Project & Upgrade Work
You’ll also play a key role in engineering project work from small upgrades to major capital works. This includes supporting and sometimes leading the design, installation, and commissioning of new systems, while ensuring compliance with internal standards. You’ll manage change control and permits, coordinate with internal and external teams, and uphold safety and delivery standards throughout.
