  • As a Administrative Support Specialist you will support a large multi-location, multi-contractor program.
  • You will specifically support the Program Manager as well as the Program Director and the other needs of the individual contributors on the program.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

o Providing support to multiple high ranking customers, protecting classified and proprietary information within program guidelines, answer multiple telephone lines, copy and disseminate time sensitive correspondence, prepare, route, and distribute critical documentation, maintain

status logs, spreadsheets, personnel databases, collect technical data from multiple sources, operate special office equipment (teleconference, live meeting, video document

camera, and etc.), create/update databases and web pages.

o May be required to arrange employee air/hotel/rental car travel plans, and track/process business & travel expenses utilizing LMC websites.

o You will Candidate prioritize work, adhere to strict timelines, be customer focused, be flexible with work hours, and work independently as well as part of the team.

o You will provide process improvements to make them and their teammates more efficient.

Current TS/SCI with CI poly security clearance

strongly preferred.

Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
