What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative within our Corpay Lodging division. This position falls under our lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, the individual will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to complete hotel reservations accurately and efficiently, while meeting client-specific guidelines and departmental KPIs. They will also resolve client and hotel issues, communicate professionally across departments, and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. You will report directly to the manager and regularly collaborate with other teams.

As a Customer Service Representative, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Lexington, KY.

  • Paid training (2-4 weeks)

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to support client needs and meet departmental KPIs
  • Completing hotel reservation requests accurately and in alignment with client-specific guidelines
  • Responding to client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Entering reservation details accurately into internal systems
  • Resolving client and hotel issues related to changes, early departures, or extensions
  • Utilizing decision-making skills to recommend hotel options that align with business goals
  • Communicating with clients, hotels, and internal departments via phone and email
  • Following up with clients to finalize outstanding reservation requests before arrival
  • Exhibiting knowledge of the hotel industry and relevant regional markets
  • Collaborating with Account Management and Hotel Network teams to support client preferences
  • Enhancing the company’s reputation by providing an unexpected level of service
  • Attending required training sessions, meetings, and company events
  • Managing individual call time to maximize availability for incoming calls
  • Performing other duties as assigned to support business needs

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or data entry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately enter and manage data.
  • Skilled in navigating and using multiple systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applications.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Exhibits initiative, responsibility, punctuality, persistence, and ownership.
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling, including possible overtime based on business needs.
