We are searching for a Senior Finance Manager - Business Transformation to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will lead all financial modeling, tracking, reporting, and analysis for the Business Transformation Organization. This responsibility spans across all four business units (Reynolds, Hefty, Tableware and Presto) and all corporate functions (e.g., Procurement, IT and Supply Chain) and includes significant exposure to senior executives. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and maintain a stable, efficient, and flexible financial model to track, report, and analyze 700+ Business Transformation Projects across the entire enterprise.
  • Partner with Business Unit CFOs, their Finance Teams, and all levels of multiple cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Procurement, IT, and Supply Chain to develop, review, validate, and update reporting for all Reyvolution projects, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, including the long-range plan to fill gaps established 5-year targets.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly functional reports including scorecards, key spending trackers, and key performance indicators. Include written business analyses and commentaries to identify/communicate drivers of positive or negative change to the overall plan and previous reporting periods.
  • Partner with the Business Unit and Function Finance teams on the annual planning process, providing guidance for future year targets based on historical performance and strategic goals.
  • Perform high-level business case assessments for the Business Transformation Group to size and prioritize key opportunities for the company. Provide summary views & relevant insights to leaders for key decision making.
  • Guide project leaders through the preparation of presentation material for weekly meetings, updates on major initiatives with CEO, CFO, BU Presidents and VP Business Transformation.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to ensure consistency and best practices sharing across Business Units and Functions.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 7+ years of related professional and progressive Finance experience in a corporate environment.
  • 2+ years in a Financial Planning & Analysis role or experience supporting manufacturing, sales, and marketing with financial planning and analysis.
  • Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Macros is a must.
  • Experience using large automated financial systems such as SAP.
  • Exceptional business judgment capable of driving a diverse organization with competing priorities to the right results with a focused, logical approach.
  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, take on additional responsibilities and be a proactive driver of a change.
  • Ability to recommend, develop, and implement innovative process improvements in the areas of reporting.

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA and/or Professional certification (CPA/CFA) + relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to take on new assignments.
  • Experience working with large-scale data analytic and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Hyperion, and Smartview) and other financial systems (SAP Hana, Oracle).
  • Experience providing solutions based on results of ad hoc analyses to Senior Management for strategic decision-making.
