Application, Infrastructure & Service Management (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Princeton, NJ): Will be responsible for development and maintenance of application performance monitoring, telemetry Event Management. Will be responsible for maintaining relationships across engineering, architecture, application and infrastructure reliability and collaborating with both technical and non-technical cross-functional partners. Must be a self-motivated individual with cross functional knowledge in software development, monitoring and maintenance. Specific duties of the position include: Quickly analyzing the situation with given monitoring tools in case of a major incident scenario; Leading team to configure monitoring/alerting/reporting related to process and metrics using tools like Dynatrace and Grafana; Working with technical engineering teams and cross-functional teams to design and drive capacity forecasting and growth as well as collaborating with data analytics teams to provide data insights and reporting/trending; Communication of complex and innovative concepts with proven experience driving decision-making across different stakeholder groups with ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders; Create and facilitate formal presentations and demos to stakeholders; and Setting up, configuring, and monitoring Dynatrace Managed APM tool. Hybrid-remote telecommuting permitted pursuant to Company policy.
Minimum requirements are: Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, or related technical field; and 5 years in any occupation/title providing related experience in Application Performance monitoring, Infrastructure performance monitoring, Event management, capacity planning. Alternate Requirement: Master’s degree or its equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field; and 3 years in any occupation/title providing related experience in Application Performance monitoring, Infrastructure performance monitoring, Event management, capacity planning.
Must Have: Strong practical understanding of core technologies (Linux, Unix, windows OS, Cloud, Storage, Compute, Networking, IaaS, PaaS, automation, VMWare, Storage) and their associated governance, lifecycle management, and delivery; Demonstrated familiarity with Multi-Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS and with virtual services such as SaaS, PaaS and IaaS; Demonstrated ability to design, develop, set-up, configure, and monitor with Dynatrace Managed APM tool; and Demonstrated ability to analyze problem situation using Dynatrace tool. Salary Range:
$152 131 - $180 000 Annual
