Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Rogers, Arkansas area.

Travel: This role requires up to 25% travel, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.

Manager, Modular Execution & Analytics - Category Leadership

This role reports to the Sr. Director, Category Leadership.

Position Overview: The Manager, Modular Execution & Analytics is responsible for overseeing the daily execution and optimization of space planning and assortment strategies for Coca-Cola products within the Sam’s Club Beverage ecosystem. This role ensures efficient modular relay processes, leverages space planning tools, and provides analytical insights to support category growth.

What You’ll Do for Us

Key Responsibilities:

Modular Execution:

  • Manage and execute modular relay projects in partnership with Category Advisors to ensure that Coca-Cola products align with Walmart’s merchandising standards and category leadership objectives.
  • Oversee shelf schematics and product placement strategies, ensuring efficient allocation across beverage categories, including Warehouse Business.

Technology and Tools Management:

  • Utilize and support the implementation of space planning tools such as Blue Yonder Space Planning, CKB, and Planogram Generator to optimize modular outcomes.
  • Customization, Batch Printing, and IMPro/Image Library.

Training and Development:

  • Engage in relevant training and industry seminars to build knowledge around available tools and technology.
  • Train and develop space planning analysts to design schematics in alignment with merchandising standards.

Customer Relations:

  • Partner with Category Advisors and strengthen the Category Advisory relationship with Walmart beverage buyers.
  • Lead the dialogue with NAOU customers on the strategic placement of Coca-Cola products.

Analytics and Insights:

  • Use diverse data sources (e.g., scan data, syndicated resources, custom research) to identify business trends and provide category-specific insights.
  • Provide post-reset analysis and scorecards to evaluate performance and recommend actionable next steps.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve modular execution and streamline workflows.
  • Leverage new technology and space management principles to stay ahead of industry trends.

Fact-Based Recommendations:

  • Identify opportunities to deliver category and customer growth.
  • Proactively recommend category growth opportunities and availability points to customers.

What You'll Need

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Data analytics, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years in the CPG industry

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Blue Yonder Space Planning, CKB, Planogram Generator, or similar space management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data software (e.g., Nielsen, IRI), with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Interpersonal Abilities:

  • Demonstrated reputation for customer engagement and ability to positively drive business results.
  • Knowledge of space management principles and analytical techniques.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Pay Range:

$99,400 - $129,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
