职位介绍

  • 负责带领跨省级团队完成所管辖区域的销售目标,做好与销售有关的活动;
  • 建立一支有凝聚力、有竞争力的“高绩效、高合规”的销售队伍;
  • 在所辖区域推动跨部门的合作,以加速药物可及性,并且赢得市场竞争
  • 塑造肥胖症治疗新的疾病领域,并协助客户做好肥胖症诊疗的高质量长期发展规划
  • 持续寻找机会点,满足更多尚未被满足的患者治疗需求,为客户带来最佳解决方案

任职资格

  • 相关专业大学本科以上学历
  • 3年以上外资业务销售管理经验和人员管理经验,5年以上的医药学术、产品信息推广经验及优秀的内外部客户管理经验;有处方药及自费药的经验
  • 具备跨省级管理经验,有多科室推广及融动的经验,具备提药进药的经验
  • 辅导与发展他人,建立多赢团队,有担当,有责任感
  • 优秀的业务诊断能力和高合规的管理能力
  • 有雄心,敢于创新,并能够开拓和发展新的疾病治疗领域
