I love being a working mom at Kellanova. Our culture really promotes work-life balance and the flexibility that I get allows me to be the best mom I can be as well as bringing my best self to work. And parenthood is really celebrated here. I'm often swapping pictures of my little ones or celebrating their milestones together with my leadership and teams. Whether it's a kid's doctor's appointment or a school holiday, I never hesitate to focus on my family and feel encouraged to do so here at Kellanova. Also, my toddler loves the fact that mom works for a company that makes her favorite snacks.

Senior Manager, Global Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

We are currently seeking a Go to Market Coordinator on a 12 month fixed term contract to act as a key member of the Go to Market team.

As work/life balance is important to us, this is a hybrid role that will be based within our vibrant Media City office. This role will enable you to really understand the business and develop both professionally and personally in a true global business where you will touch many functions across the business.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercial Cycle - Oversee administration of the Commercial Cycle – book meetings, update agendas, circulate actions, ownership of the GTM Actions Calendar.
• Data - Maintain accuracy of product data for Vantage websites and provide data to third parties.
• Point of Sales - Management of weekly POS (Point of Sale) orders and stock reports and flag any issues to GTM and Paragon Warehouse teams.
• Project Calls - Attend relevant UKI project calls to monitor progress of projects and update relevant stakeholders.
• Commercial Hub - Upkeep of UKI Commercial Hub (folder storage & archiving, access for new team members/starters).

We’re Looking for Someone With

• The ability to engage with and work across cross functional teams at all levels of the business.
• Experience juggling multiple priorities while working with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Teams and Excel.
• Project Management mindset.
• Passion, passion to get results.
