We are looking for a driven and passionate Sr. Highway/Roadway Project Manager to support our transportation projects that focus on challenging highway, roadway, and interchange projects and pursuits. Your immediate assignments as Project Manager will be to oversee and manage transportation projects throughout Ohio and be responsible for managing project teams to perform preliminary and final design engineering and prepare construction plan documents to satisfy requirements for local and state roadway projects.

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Ohio, or ability to attain within 6 months of employment
  • Substantial Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects
  • Substantial years' experience on transportation projects with Ohio DOT
  • Established local and DOT client relationships in Ohio
  • Previous project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience on various types of roadway design projects including design and plan development of new and rehabilitation highway projects
  • Understanding of and practical experience applying the AASHTO design guidelines to transportation projects.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
  • Demonstrated communication and writing skills including technical report writing

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

150,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

185,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $185,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
