We are looking for a Resident Project Representative/Construction Inspector to join us and execute planned projects located in Louisville, KY. The employee will work alongside our local team of professionals to perform the following tasks:

  • Conduct field investigations, inspections, and onsite representation for property service connections to existing sewer systems.
  • Design, observe, and document field and construction activities, with a focus on sewer pipeline infrastructure improvements.
  • Facilitate communication among contractors, owners/clients, third-party stakeholders, and internal team members.
  • Review existing as-built drawings and support the preparation of bid documents related to property service connections.
  • Assist in managing the bidding process, including organizing and participating in bid walks.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate daily reports and project documentation, including preparation of record drawings.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills while excelling in a fast-paced consulting environment with multiple concurrent deadlines.
  • Drive ownership of health & safety in all aspects of project execution, office, and personal environments.

Here's what you'll need

  • 3-5+ years of experience in field construction inspection or field construction.
  • Experience using Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification (course available for new hires).

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Engineering Degree or 3+ years of field construction inspection experience.
  • Direct experience with sewer installation / trenchless rehabilitation projects.
  • Experience with using GIS and/or CAD software (preferred, not required.

65,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

90,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $90,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
