To strengthen our Global Talent Management team located at our global headquarters in Salzburg, we are looking for a motivated Talent Management Intern (m/f). This role offers exposure and the opportunity to grow and develop across a breadth of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition topics. The core focuses of the internship include supporting global Engagement initiatives and our European Graduate Program. Additional responsibilities include updating global tools and training materials to current templates and branding.

  • Global Engagement

    - Support data integrity process during Engagement survey set-up

    - Ensure consistency between Engagement scorecards and all other info sources

    - Review Engagement scorecards ensuring correct spelling and formatting/branding

    - Help prepare communication materials and assets supporting successful launch and adoption of impactful Engagement practices

  • European Graduate Program

    - Identify new and market-relevant sourcing methods to attract talent in the relevant countries

    - Research top Universities to target candidates and professors developing Graduate talent pools

    - Help ensure a first-class recruitment experience during our sourcing and selection process

  • Talent Management Materials and Assets

    Update training materials and resources/ database to current templates and branding

  1. Exceptional attention to detail, organization and prioritization

  2. Advanced ability in Microsoft Excel

  3. A strong focus on execution and results

  4. An autonomous, self-motivated working style

  5. Working towards completion of a degree in HR, Marketing or Organizational Psychology is preferred

  6. Fluent in English; German language is an advantage
