Are you looking to leverage your product management experience to help others replicate success? We are looking for a trusted partner to come alongside our product managers and product owners and help us become better, more strategic product thinkers. As part of our new Product Operations group, a team dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product organization, you will be critical in shaping the future of our product organization. With a collaborative and outcome-driven mindset, you will help establish and roll out best practices for individuals and teams.
In this dynamic role, your 'product' will be the product organization itself, and you’ll model the product management process in your interactions. You’ll be constantly on the lookout for pain points and identifying the most impactful changes. Your ability to partner with stakeholders, work on solutions, and help define metrics for tracking impact. Then, you’ll finish executing our plan, iterating and adapting as you go to achieve the desired outcome. Your flexibility will be crucial to your success in this role.
HYBRID WORK POLICY: The candidate is required to be in the Plano, TX office at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
You are a force multiplier – someone who can assess the situation and help elevate the maturity of our product organization to the next level.
That is likely to take several forms, such as:
- Planning and Forecasting: Help our teams with best practices to connect strategy with tactics and roadmaps with backlogs. This may involve tooling and training to develop a plan, monitor progress, and report status consistently across business units.
- Metrics and KPIs: Aid the product organization’s drive to adopt a data-driven mindset and identify the right indicators to measure.
- Training and Workshops: Assist with improving programs and assets to aid our product team members through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
- Standardize Processes: Collaborate with other product owners, strategy, sales, implementation, designers, and engineers to design solutions that enable our customers accomplish their mission critical work.
- Subject Matter Expert: Assist with guidance on topics such as roadmaps, backlogs, department events, product processes, and communication hubs.
Qualifications

Product skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, design, or a related field is preferred
- 1-3+ years of experience in product strategy or delivery, coaching, and people development skills
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, especially agile methodologies
- Knowledge of software design principles, especially user centered design
- Ability to listen deeply to individual needs and adapt solutions
- Familiarity with standard tools such as Jira, Office, and preferably Coda
- Experience in enterprise B2G or B2B markets is a plus
