Tech Consulting Juggernaut has an immediate need for a Contract Recruiter for the next six to nine months. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience recruiting for various levels of sales positions within a professional services environment. The company is in hyper growth mode and this role requires a recruiter with experience carrying 10-20 requisitions at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success in recruiting for various levels of sales positions for professionals selling ERP or CRM solutions
• Ability to partner with sales leadership and C-Suite
• Experience leveraging an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter

Preferred Skills:

• College degree
• Prior or current agency recruitment experience
• Experience leveraging a robust company ATS

Compensation: $45-$60/ Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
