About the role
As a Mine Controller, you play a crucial role in providing support to our bauxite mining operational teams in Weipa and Gove to safely achieve mining targets by assigning and distributing mining equipment efficiently and effectively.
This role is an exciting opportunity to draw on your expertise in dispatching and fleet management and be a part of the team that helps shape the Brisbane OC for success. You will need to be a self-starter who thrives on achieving goals, working on continued self-improvement and can work calmly and independently under pressure.

The Operations Centre is located in Brisbane CBD and established to support our Pacific Operations and plays a pivotal role in the future success of our Pacific Aluminium business. The team is responsible for driving the optimisation of the overall supply chain value using state-of-the-art monitoring processes and data driven decision making.
