What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the distribution center to ensure the timely filling and shipping of customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, overseeing cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Log inventory transactions accurately and maintain updated records.

How you will do it:

• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with company policies.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping accuracy, inventory management, and order fulfillment efficiency.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff to optimize operational performance and productivity.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless logistics and address any operational challenges.

What we are looking for:

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
