Chef De Parties (Butchery) prepares all requisitioned meat and fish orders for the entire F&B operation of the hotel. He orders, maintains and analyzes the stocks under his control. He Works with quality and ensures proper cost control. Prepares food acoording to the set quality and hygiene standards.
He liaise with departments on matters relevant to the operations.
