Sourcing Analyst
for our team in Budapest.
Sourcing Analyst is responsible for managing tactical tasks related to vendor contracts. This role requires a deep understanding of vendor agreements and the ability to extract value through the contract drafting and review process. The specialist will review and revise vendor agreements to ensure that ELC maximizes benefits while minimizing financial expenditure and exposure
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and improve Indirect Procurement Operations for the UK and Ireland region and to drive Source⁃to⁃Pay process improvement and transformation initiatives. This role is focused on implementation of technology solutions, ways of working regionally, to improve the performance and overall effectiveness of the Indirect Procurement function. The position is part of the broader Sourcing and Procurement Services organization across EMEA/Travel Retail/UK and will provide great international business exposure.WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE⁃ Own the stakeholder management and business partnering activities with regional stakeholders to embed new ways of working particularly in relation to the collaboration between global, regional and local end⁃to⁃end Procurement activities⁃ Act as a central point of escalation for procurement⁃related service delivery issues⁃ Ensure availability and continuous improvement of appropriate toolkits⁃ Understand in depth the end to end cost process and assisting the user by guiding them through requirements to achieve the most efficient end to end journey⁃ Identify requirements, and drive successful implementation of initiatives between the global, regional organization and affiliates⁃ Day⁃to⁃day management of the ELC Buying Center, operational performance and customer service delivery. Services include, but are not limited to, Procurement Operations services, business process transformation, S2P operational services and governance, and selected PMO activities for Indirect Procurement.⁃ Drive increasingly effective, agile, and efficient services⁃ Serve as an expert for downstream Procurement processes and includes working closely with internal (Indirect Procurement, Finance and Business) and external (Shared Services for Procurement Operations) stakeholders.
Personal qualifications:⁃ Ability to work independently and structured within a matrix organization⁃ Strong communication skills⁃ Analytical mind⁃set⁃ Flexible and willing to drive change⁃ Result / execution focusedProfessional qualifications:⁃ You will be early in career with a background in either Data, Finance or Analytics⁃ Ideally have experience within an procurement environment⁃ Working knowledge in SAP, Ariba and an understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) end to end processes, would be highly benefical⁃ Some experience in project management⁃ Knowledgeable of operational Procurement Buying Channels and ways of working⁃ Cross⁃functional & cross culture change management experience⁃ Experienced in managing internal customer relationships⁃ Proven track record of implementing and executing process and way of working optimizations⁃ Analytical skills and proficient in data manipulation, extraction, and reporting⁃ Understanding of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, debits, and creditsCompensation and Benefits⁃ Hybrid Working (2 days WFH, 3 days office based)⁃ Generous Bonus Opportunity that usually performs ahead of target⁃ 25 Days Annual Leave (exc.
