What you'll do:
As the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) System Manager you'll be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and evolution of the enterprise PPM solution, leading strategic execution across the organization’s project and portfolio management functions. In this role you'll support Workfront, as well as regularly assess future tool functions and capabilities based on the company’s needs, making key decisions based on those assessments. You'll ensure the PPM tool is tailored to the company’s specific needs and is aligned with other systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. You'll provide user support and training, helping team members and stakeholders effectively use the tool to manage resources, schedule, budgets, and project risks. In addition, you'll play a strategic role in project portfolio management, collaborating with project managers, program and portfolio managers, and senior leadership to ensure the tool provides valuable insight into project performance and alignment with organizational and strategic goals.
