Job Description:

ROLE PURPOSE

The P&G team is looking for a Senior Associate Analyst to aid in the completion and delivery of the account’s reporting responsibilities, specifically in service of eRetailer scope. A successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, as well as a keen eye for detail and ability to produce accurate report outputs for relevant end users.

This position is for the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, and works for teams located in Dentsu's agencies in other countries. Has a local support team that leads the integration and relationship with the other members of the Offshore Team in Argentina.

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

  • The primary focus of this role is in support of specific retail media reporting scope – acting as the reporting resource for the retail activation team. The responsibility is first and foremost the provision of complete, accurate, and timely eRetailer reporting outputs on a weekly basis. This will start with onsite Search, with potential expansion into offsite display media.
  • Learn and understand basic P&G’s media data specifics, including what sources, metrics, connection type and update frequency are used.
  • Complete scoped reoccurring Excel media reports, including weekly/monthly brand delivery reports, and ad hoc investment summaries, outputting them in pre-existing templates.
    • Majority of reports are automated, requiring a query to refresh data and some manipulation in Excel.
    • Required to do basic QA of data from 3rd party providers vs. database/automations.
  • Support Director & Snr Manager in pulling & formatting data, and providing baseline analysis for ad-hoc projects.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality of data powering numerous internal & client facing Tableau dashboards or Regular QAing at the database, transformation, and Tableau visualization level required.
  • Assist in the creation of new reports (in Excel or Tableau) by collaborating with upstream Data Operations team to ensure data structure is useable & relevant for report.
  • As part of the Offshore Team of Dentsu Argentina, you must actively participate in the weekly virtual networking meetings with other members of the Argentina offshore team.
  • You must also participate in the Offshore Team's peer-to-peer engagement activities held periodically in our Buenos Aires offices, except for those who are not located in that city.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required.
    • 1 - 2 of experience in data analytics.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Excel for data compilation, calculation, visualization, and automation.
    • Comfortable collaborating and communicating with internal teams.
      • Will need to send completed reports to internal Planning and Investment teams and be able to field questions about data sourcing & accuracy.
  • Preferred / Nice to have.
    • Experience using:
      • eRetailer and/or paid search reporting platforms – Pacvue, Amazon Ads, Criteo, A360, etc.
      • 3rd party Ad Tech Platforms – Nielsen, Google CM360, Google Ads, Innovid, MOAT, Prisma, The Trade Desk.
    • Experience with and understanding of digital media, media terminology and metrics.
    • Working knowledge of SQL, HIVE databases, and Tableau & Trifacta software {on the job training for these can be provided}.
    • Experience working with business applications; MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Teams).
    • Love for solving complex problems by leveraging data and statistical models.
    • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Solid problem-solving skills.
    • Be an excellent communicator, providing clear correspondence and well-written, emails to ensure all expectations and details are understood by all.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
