The role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in guiding internal teams through data-driven insights and collaboration. You’ll build dashboards in Salesforce (Lightning, Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics), analyze CRM and marketing data for insights, and support Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud performance. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll define data needs, deliver actionable reports, manage segmentation, and integrate tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to enhance audience engagement.
About you
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM and marketing automation
- Proven experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce (Lightning, Tableau CRM, or Einstein Analytics)
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) highly preferred; additional certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of B2B and/or B2C digital marketing workflows including email campaigns, lead nurturing, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Skilled at transforming data into insights and presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
Preferred skills
- Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
- Experience managing and cleansing large-scale datasets in Salesforce
