- Successfully completed degree, ideally with a focus on economics or engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the desired field of activity would be an advantage
- Confident interaction with different management levels
- Very good written and spoken English, German skills would be an advantage
- Very good written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese skills would be an advantage
- High level of commitment, independence, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis
