TITLE: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES:
Deliver informative solutions that drive improvements to key Merchandising metrics and streamline and automate processes to eliminate the need for ad-hoc reporting.
Develop efficient data models and SQL queries to support front end reporting and visualization solutions.
Educate stakeholders on best practices and industry standards as part of the MerchOps BI team&rsquos strategy.
Act as a liaison between business teams and Ulta IT to identify any gaps in infra-structure based on business requirements gathered.
Deliver accurate and on time solutions to stakeholders to do their jobs throughout the year.
Create and update process documentation and/or playbooks to support the maintenance of solutions.
Support ad-hoc and non-project-based requests.
Support the testing of enterprise system changes and implementations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor&rsquos degree in Information Technology, or related.
Three (3) years in any occupation with IT development, front end reporting development, database management or related experience.
Three (3) years in any occupation with IT development, front end reporting development, database management or related experience must include: Three (3) years of experience building front end reporting or visualization solutions. Three (3) years of experience building data models or data preparation workflows. Three (3) years of experience working with SQL and database concepts. Experience must also include: Tableau Desktop, Server, and Prep SAP HANA Studio and SAP Business Objects tools Oracle, SQL Server, and GCP Merchandising, Planning, Inventory, and Supply Chain operations and Programming languages such as JAVA, Python, or R.
SALARY: $100,006 - $101,006 per year

The pay range for this position is $100,006.00 - $101,006.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
