Looking for a strongIndividual who can lead Automation QA teamsandshould be meeting the below requirements and skills
Should have minimum10 years of industry experience in software testing. 3+ years of experience in leading teams
Hands on Selenium automation expertise is mandatory. Should be able to provide direction and formulate strategy for automation.
Should be able to Lead Automation/Regression teams by leading from front. Should be capable of bringing new automation capabilities , build POCs, drive and enhance the existing frameworks
Should be able to lead ateam of 8 to 10team members. Hands on experience on testing frameworks like TestNG , Junit. Experience in tools like Ant, Maven, Jenkins and GitHub. Extensive experience in implementing object oriented programming techniques and developing frameworks like Page Object Model and Page Factory implementation.
Should have strong Java coding and troubleshooting capabilities, able to train and mentor junior team members
Strong domain knowledge in contact center QA experience will be added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Should be able to articulate state of product quality to Management/Business stakeholders to drive release decisions.
Should be able to Recruit, build, mentor and sustain a high performing selenium automation team
Proactive & creative development of practices and automation/tools to enhance team productivity
Drive team and process improvements through selenium automation, Service and Data virtualization
Perform delivery lead functions in an on-shore off-shore model, collaborating with US automation architects and technology managers to drive automation efficiencies
Mentor/grow individual SMEs in testing practices, design skills, debugging, cross-group communication, critical thinking, test plan development methods
Work cross team & collaborate with Developers, Testers, Technology Managers to ensure quality releases, including raising issues, exploring & communicating resolutions, and driving for results.
Drive Test team adherence to high quality standards, & delivery with high quality and efficiency. Establish proper operating metrics and effect continuous improvement.
Preferably with good exposure of Retail/Community Banking domain
