We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Trainee to join our team and support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and operational processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Campaign Support & Operations
- Assist CS Team with the execution of performance campaigns across digital channels.
- Upload ad creatives to relevant platforms and internal tools, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Support the creation and management of Jira tickets for cross-functional collaboration (Creative, Product, PS teams).
- Participate in the coordination and QA of campaign launches, creative swaps, and performance optimization requests.
Cross-Team Communication
- Act as a nexus between the Customer Success, Creative, and Product Support teams.
- Support the Creatives team with asset delivery timelines and creative testing needs.
- Help manage communications and deadlines with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign efficiency.
Client Readiness & Presentation Support
- Assist in building visually engaging client decks and strategic proposals.
- Support in compiling competitor insights, market benchmarks, and trends to strengthen strategy presentations.
Data Hygiene & Admin Tasks
- Help maintain internal hygiene tasks such as:
- Uploading forecast numbers and campaign expectations.
- Completing churn forms, discount approvals, and documentation.
- Ensuring CRM and reporting tools are up to date with the latest campaign and client data.
Strategy & Insights
- Collaborate with CS Managers on strategic campaign planning, ideation, and performance review.
- Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends, insights, and potential areas of growth for clients.
- Monitor and summarize relevant industry updates and insights to support the Customer Success team.
Collaboration & Learning
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-regional syncs.
- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Marketing to better understand the customer journey.
- Take initiative in learning internal tools, campaign best practices, and client verticals.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Advanced student (last year) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Eager to learn and navigate in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities.
- Curious, proactive, and passionate about learning digital marketing and customer success.
- Good Excel/Sheets, and Google Slides skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Portuguese is a bonus!).
- Positive attitude.
