We are seeking a consultative and strategic Service Design Architect to support enterprise-wide HR IT transformation initiatives. This role will lead the design and implementation of scalable, employee-centric services that align with digital HR system capabilities.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Legal, and Data teams to ensure services are compliant, inclusive, and aligned with organizational goals

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and architect end-to-end HR services that support strategic transformation initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead service blueprinting and process design for key HR functions such as compensation, talent management, and organisational design.
• Translate regulatory and policy requirements into scalable, compliant service models.
• Collaborate with People Analytics to define and monitor key HR metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure services meet regulatory standards and are audit-ready.
• Facilitate employee journey mapping to identify service improvement opportunities and enhance user experience.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms that enable transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
• Lead workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders to align service design with business and employee needs.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in service design, HR transformation, or employee experience architecture.
• Expertise in Workday is essential, particularly in advanced comp, core HCM and reporting modules.
• Proven expertise in understanding employment legislation and its application
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, compensation frameworks, and job evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with design thinking, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
• Ability to translate complex legal and policy requirements into intuitive service experiences.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, ServiceNow, or SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Degree in Human Resources, Service Design, Business, or related field.
• Certifications in Service Design, Agile HR, or Compensation & Benefits.
• Experience working in large, matrixed organisations or regulated industries.
