Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) has an important role to play, supporting the Group to achieve its purpose to improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities. FCC partners with Business Units, Support Units and Financial Crime Services (FCS) to disrupt financial crime, ensuring compliance and effective risk management. Our team is based in Sydney.
Do work that matters
The FCC Chief Operating Office is responsible for Capability and Learning (including the Griffith University partnership), the business performance and finances of the FCC team, People, Culture and Wellbeing, Communications and Pace.
On any given day, you will;
- Work closely with the FCC COO in delivering the FC Learning Strategy
- As lead FCC SME, you will work closely with FC Learning Professionals and key FC stakeholders to create high quality financial crime learning content on a variety of topics and risks
- You support the delivery of FC learning workshops alongside FC Learning Facilitators, acting as lead FC SME to support technical discussions
- Lead the review of technical financial crime training content suggesting opportunities for enhancement
- Work closely with our Academic Partner, Griffith University in the development and review of technical FC learning and contribute to relevant research projects aligned to capability initiatives
- Work with the COO to collate data to measure learning needs and training effectiveness creating insights to drive performance improvement and capability uplift
- Support the development of detailed planning schedules for the creation and delivery of learning
