General Summary:
Support Samsung and other Korean customers’ projects support for UWB SW area with understanding, integrating, testing and debugging software for UWB. Training and assisting customers with testing customer device and debugging customer UWB issues, are some of the key activities in this role. It is a challenging position requiring the candidate to learn and internalize QCOM UWB software quickly, supporting a wide range of customer requirements and issues.
Responsibilities:
Qualcomm’s UWB software applications engineers support Samsung and other Korean customers by understanding, integrating, testing, and debugging UWB software. This position requires the engineer to analyze customer UWB issues, test customer devices to reproduce the issues, and communicate with customers and global software development team engineers to resolve them. This role also involves following up on evaluations or demonstrations for new UWB solutions between customers and the global software development team and conducting UWB test execution for the evaluation TCs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's (or above), Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (or work experience as SW engineer)
3+ years experience with SW debugging techniques, Programming Language such as C, C++, etc., Software Development experience, or related work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
