We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with a sharp eye for top talent and a passion for building high-performing teams. This isn’t just another IT Recruiter role. You’ll be hiring exceptional tech professionals—from product managers and software developers to data strategists — who will provide cutting edge digital solutions for public and private sector clients across the globe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own full-cycle recruitment of digital and technical roles with a consultative, high-touch approach.
• Source, engage, and assess high-caliber digital professionals across product, design, engineering and data.
• Partner with our Digital & Data leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements, and to provide market insights and hiring strategy recommendations.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the employer branding team to craft compelling job ads and campaigns.
• Stay ahead of tech hiring trends, tools, and best practices.

Here's what you'll need

• 8+ years in recruitment, with at least 6 years' experience focused on roles such as Java Developers, .NET Developers, Data Engineers, Python Developers, DevOps, Solution Architects, Testers and other digital consulting positions.
• Experience recruiting for global/cross-regional roles preferred.
• Deep, localized knowledge of the Kraków tech market is essential: from understanding salary benchmarks and in-demand skill sets to knowing where top candidates network, what motivates them, and how to position Jacobs’ employer brand effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant databases and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, data-driven, and collaborative approach to hiring.
• Fluent English and minimum communicative Polish language.
