As a Learning Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Talent Consultants and senior leaders to create a learning vision that supports business and talent priorities.
  • Cultivate strong, cross-functional partnerships across the organization to anticipate learning needs and deliver timely, relevant solutions.
  • Serve as a compelling storyteller — able to clearly articulate the value of learning as a business driver and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Operate within a Center of Excellence model to lead and support enterprise-wide learning initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to assess learning effectiveness, identify trends, and continuously improve strategy.
  • Apply evaluation methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Model, to measure learning outcomes and business impact.
  • Champion the learning function as a strategic enabler of business transformation, growth, and innovation.
  • Assess and manage risk while aligning learning strategies with broader organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • Eight or more years of experience in learning and development, HR, business, or leadership roles.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • Proven ability to consult and influence leaders to drive talent-focused solutions.
  • Experience using data and analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — with a collaborative, relationship-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • An advanced degree is preferred.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
