Mastercard Summer Internship Program

The Mastercard Summer Internship Program is a comprehensive 10-week program aimed at early career talent, where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Track product performance across our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including revenue, cost and risk undertaking defined Product Management activities including enhancement to the existing product set and interaction with Tech colleagues
  • Perform market analysis, written and verbal presentation to management and stakeholder management
  • Support and attend customer-facing meetings
  • Perform desktop research to identify regional or global trends and develop key performance metrics and reporting
  • Assist with ad hoc requests, participate in special projects as required and provide cross-functional support as needed

What you’ll need

  • To be available to work Full-time between approximately June to end August/Early September.
  • To be a Penultimate Masters/Undergraduate Student, due to graduate no earlier than December 2024
  • Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk-taking.
  • Ability to partner across the organization.
  • Sound communication skills.
  • Expert PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, handle multiple tasks, consistency meet established deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the country they are applying for.
